•Assist with month-end financial reports
•Post journal entries
•Help with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation
•Assist with audits
•Help with preparing account reconciliation and account analysis
•Work with the finance team on yearly forecasting efforts
•Data entry, organizing account records
•Assisting with month-end close, internal and external audits
•Preparing financial and operational statements
•Generating and prepare journal entries during monthly ledger closing process to ensure accurate and timely financial information
•Work for planning and forecast team on various financial excels files
•Assist accountant in related tasks and other miscellaneous administrative and clerical duties
Requirements:
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
•Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills are all essential to this position.
•Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
•Proficient in Excel and good writing skills
