The Tour Leader will be in charge of:
Taking groups of students around New York during their holiday stay or study trips.
Ensuring they get to the right destinations on time.
Looking after students while they go around New York.
Taking them to visit places of cultural interest.
Preparing visiting programmes for students.The Booking Assistant will be in charge of:
Preparing programs for incoming groups of students;
Booking all the facilities;
Managing group schedules;
Dealing with costumer requests.
Qualifications:
Studies in Tourism and Management
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Good team-working skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal competences.
Good knowledge of New York
