A leading hospitality and events organization is seeking an eager and ambitious Intern to fill an opening available in our hospitality department. The position will have you working one on one with our VIP/Hospitality manager. This exposure will provide the right candidate with the chance to develop real world support skills.

• Friendly, passionate and hard working
• A problem solver
• Have a huge amount of initiative, enthusiasm and creative flair
• Proficient in MS Office
• Able to optimize internet research

Description of Duties:
• Doing research to figure out what works and what doesn’t when booking a VIP table. What are successful competitors doing to keep their success?
• Speaking with clients and merchants to gain real opinions on what NYC wants their VIP experience to consist of.
• Analyzing waitress and host ranking, what makes one waitress better than the next?
• Getting creative with guest outreach, emails, cards, phone calls.
