JOB DESCRIPTION:
Excellent opportunity for a dynamic, ambitious and motivated individual to join a successful fast growing IT outsourcing and consulting company.

You will work within an experienced team of Recruiters. Your role will be to assist the Senior recruiter on specific positions, usually high level IT profiles. Youll be responsible for collecting, analyzing and presenting data in a variety of formats. You will be required to build a network of high level IT consultants, proactively communicate opportunities and assist in the recruitment process of specific IT profiles and skill sets.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates from external and internal databases
- Being a “head hunter “on LinkedIn
- Phone prescreening Interviews of Candidates
- Arranging candidate interviews with senior consultants
- Researching - your main duty (creating a strategy, then moving onto compiling reports and summaries of the data gathered, ensuring its absolute accuracy)

To be a good Researcher, you must:

- be able to deal with various tasks at once
- have good organizational and administrative skills
- have excellent data processing and IT skills
- have strong attention to detail
- have good English language skills, other languages are welcome (Italian, Spanish, French)
