This position is an excellent way to launch a career with us. You will be part of a team, working under the supervision of Head of Research and CEO. This is a combination of Marketing, e-BD, Research and Admin/Assistant role.

Research: Supporting Head of Research and consultants in candidate searches. All our searches are for critical, important and very often senior roles within our clients. The initial research and screening phase is critical to the speed and success of a project.

For candidates that have seriously high levels of ambition you will work on strategic projects with the CEO as we plan and grow the business.

We are seeking really bright people who want to be trained by us and then if you have the smarts and proven ability you can develop in europe or take our model to another market.

Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS:
• Well presented, smart and very quick learner
• University degree, preferably in marketing, BA
Technical skills
• Very strong knowledge of Office applications
• Internet savvy, social media fluency,
• Very strong knowledge of English
• Other languages an advantage
• Very strong written and oral communication skills
Behavioural skills
• Very strong attention to detail
• Strong information acquisition
• Very strong interacting with people
• Very comfortable with new technologies used to manage schedules and plans
