-Put together lists of contact information from similar brands locations
PR
-Create pitches to send to media list
-Make media list
-Work directly with marketing to create new PR content (written and visual)
-Set up interviews
-Blog at events
Fashion Bloggers
-Get 10-15 new fashion bloggers each week
-Create and maintain e-mails of bloggers and contact when we have new products or promotions
Blog
-Post lifestyle content
-Post about socially responsible or brands that give back
Social Media
-Every Monday spend 1-2 hours setting up social media posts for Twitter and Facebook
-You can create your own promotional campaigns (maximum 2 per week)
-Research brands similar to us
Qualifications:
Current college student
Preferred to live in San Diego but remote positions are also available
Able to work minimum of 10 hours per week
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Passionate about fashion and marketing

Using these materials, we are able to offer a product that is kind to your hair and a stylish accessory to wear.To us, 6 Degrees is more than a brand; it is an entire lifestyle. All of our hair ties are made in our headquarters from imported materials, and every line that we offer is carefully curated to be the colors and combinations that are popular in the current season.
Here at 6 Degrees, we believe that everyone is connected to one another within six degrees of separation, which is why charity is a major aspect to our company. Five percent of all sales are donated to our primary charity, First Descents.
