Talented fashion stylist is seeking reliable interns to work in the fashion office and on photo shoots. Qualified candidates must be organized, detail oriented, professional, efficient, and ready to take initiative. This is a terrific opportunity for motivated students to work side-by-side with a fashion stylist and learn more about the fashion industry.

Responsibilities:
• Assisting on photo shoots, including packing/unpacking merchandise, steaming clothing.
• Picking up and returning samples to showrooms and PR offices.
• Checking samples in and out of the fashion office.
• Gathering inspiration images/references for future photo shoots, and helping to make inspiration/mood boards.
• Reviewing runway images for styling inspiration and samples requests.
• Light administrative work i.e.: making copies, ordering supplies, running errands.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
• Available at least one weekday per week.
• Ideally, can start immediately and is available to intern through January 2014.
• Must currently reside in New York City.
• Must be computer literate and tech savvy.
• Unpaid. Must be able to receive course credit.
• A strong interest in fashion is a must.
• Prior experience interning in the fashion industry is strongly preferred but not required.

Note:
• Days and hours will vary depending on the project. Some flexibility with scheduling is necessary.
• A daily stipend for transportation and lunch will be offered.
