How can you expect to spend your day?

• Taking care of lead generation for artists and studios in Los Angeles. You’ll be helping to populate the website and continue communication with clients through email and sometimes telephone.
• You will be interacting regularly with all teams. Some areas you will be covering are: Social Media, Website Marketing and Business-to-Business interaction.
• The intern can expect to learn about business partnership and help to nurture some established relationships as well as finding suitable candidates to connect with.
• You will help to do Social Media promotion to targeted groups, pages and profiles. Expect to also target forums as well as other social websites that are geo-specific.
• Take care of some admin type tasks by helping us develop our artist/studio database.

Qualifications:

• You must be an active part of the music industry, whether performer, producer or industry professional.
• You must have be sharp witted and comfortable with a steep learning curve.
• You are personally active on a variety of social media channels including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Google+ and Instagram.
• You should be comfortable on all Microsoft Office platforms.
• You are a proactive self-starter, capable of working within a small team.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• It would be an added bonus if you’re HTML literate.
