Observer Media is seeking interns to work in the Marketing & Events Department.
Job Description:
- Help with creating marketing materials and putting together information for the managing director’s sales calls.
- Organize contracts, archives, accounts and contact information.
- Assist with the organization and production of Observer events.
- Develop event specific organizational tools, such as production timelines, contact lists, itineraries
- Assist with press releases & monthly press reports
- Compile post event wrap up reports
- Assist with direct mailings to clients.
Qualifications:
We are looking for:
• A creative team player who will deliver results and “think outside of the box”
• Must be detail oriented and resourceful
• Able to multi-task and prioritize under deadlines
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A solid working knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint is required
Please note that the intern program is unpaid. College credit is available.
