The Role

POSSIBLE responsibilities:
Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive legal research to support our team in various practice areas, including contract law, business law, intellectual property, and more.
Document Drafting: Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, legal correspondence, and other relevant materials.
Client Interaction: Interact with clients to gather necessary information, provide updates on cases, and assist in addressing their legal inquiries professionally.
Case Management: Assist attorneys in case preparation, trial coordination, and document organization to ensure smooth case proceedings.
Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining legal records, scheduling appointments, and managing documentation.
Legal Compliance: Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure our legal activities are in compliance.

Required skills and experience:
Paralegal Experience: Proven experience as a Paralegal with a strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and the ability to review documents meticulously.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office Suite.
