Description:
- Identify new business, primarily through telephone and email communication, by
reaching out to prospects and introducing Tenzo
- Nurture all inbound leads through to qualification for Tenzo sales team
- Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them
with a world-class experience - identify customer needs to determine if the Tenzo app is a good fit
- Manage multiple lead sources, including incoming calls, emails, chats, and referrals
at a given time
- Manage existing customers, to ensure all communications are logged and identified
- Capitalize on up-sell opportunities with existing customers
- Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management
Qualifications:
- Dynamic and high-energy
- Driven
- Fluent/Expert level of English
- Excellent customer service and telephone skills, including strong listening, verbal
and written communication
- Ability to multi-task effectively
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- Previous experiences in generating leads or selling technology-based solutions
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed sales targets
