ForestNation is looking for a trainee to complement our marketing department. We are looking for a creative and highly motivated marketing enthusiast who wants to learn more about online marketing and corporate social responsibility. The intern will help us develop our blog, media presence and tree planting campaigns.

If you are passionate about the environment and you have great communication skills you will find this role to be a lot of fun and very rewarding.

Trainee responsibilities:

- Online marketing.
- Creating relevant blog content and understanding what people are searching for online.
- Communicating your work to attract a strong readership via social networks (Facebook, twitter, stumble upon etc.).
- Creating a weekly newsletter.
- Doing research on environmental issues related to ForestNation.
- Blogging.
- Prospecting.
- Developing new events.

Qualifications:

Trainee requirements:

- Enrolled or graduated in an undergraduate degree program, desirably in business management, non- profit management, marketing management.
- Experience creating content and articles.
- Show a high-degree of self-motivation.
- Ability to work independent in a flexible environment.
- Proficient computer skills are a must.
- Knowledge of Wordpress is an advantage.
- Passion for environmental issues and a creative mind.
- Excellent communication, analytical, time management and presentation skills.
