Description:
•Interact with Stan Hywet guests, staff and volunteers in a friendly and professional manner
•Assist Hospitality Coordinator with welcoming and orienting guests
•Inform guests about all SHHG events, tour options, membership, etc.
•Ability to utilize radio communication when assisting with wedding party and photography transitions
•Ability to drive a tram to transport guests around the property if needed
•Assist Rentals department with wedding photography’s, ceremony and reception requests
•Assist Molly’s Shop & Café as needed
Qualifications:
•Pursuing (Hospitality/Restaurant Management, Event Planning major/minor)
•Must possess excellent customer service skills and have an outgoing personality
•Ability to multitask
•Prolonged standing is expected and required
•Enduring cold and hot seasonal temperatures should be expected
•Some non-traditional hours (evening and weekend events)

Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens is the former estate of Franklin Seiberling and his family, who lived here from 1915 to 1955. The family donated Stan Hywet Hall to a non-profit organization so that the public could enjoy and experience a noteworthy chapter in American history. Today guests can take a guided tour through the Manor House, grounds and enjoy our diversity of public programs and events.
