Trendsetter, go-getter, self-starter – Is this YOU?I Do Linens is looking for young men and women who dream of entering the world of luxurious weddings and events. Interns will assist in the operation of a couture linen company: planning and executing events, managing our showroom and workroom, working directly with brides and industry vendors, and helping grow our company’s reputation and business throughout the city.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Cutting and sewing of linens
Organizing fabric samples and images
Assisting in planning & pulling designs for photo shoots and events
Set up and strike of eventsPlease note that this internship is unpaid and can be for school credit. This is ideal for fashion students looking for experience in the industry. We would like candidates to begin working with us in April or May.
Qualifications:
Sewing skills, fabric knowledge, and a keen attention to detail.
