Mendix is looking for a qualified intern to join our sales & marketing team to assist with day-to-day operations. The intern will participate in various projects, helping the sales and marketing teams. Duties & Responsibilities

You will directly support the sales & marketing teams and receive real world experience while developing a broad range of analytical and business related skills. Daily responsibilities may include:
• Conduct research and analysis to support sales, business development and marketing activities.
• Interface with sales team to understand and analyze daily activities. This would include sorting through customer lists, lead distribution etc.
• Work with Sales Operations personnel and Sales Directors on ad-hoc projects
• Work with and shadow various inside sales personnel, sales directors and sales ops.
• Assist in measuring sales performance and performance of marketing activities.
• Maintain customer notes and record activities in CRM (salesforce.com)

• Able to use multiple products in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

• Exceptional work ethic and “pride of ownership” mentality

Schedules can be flexible and are about 30 hours per week. You must be able to travel to the Boston office.

You will be working with some of the brightest and most energetic folks. This will be a visible position and for the right, unique individual could put you on the fast track to eventually pursuing a role in sales, marketing or operations.
