Our client company is a leader English School, they have several schools located in different destinations (UK, USA, Canada, etc.). They provide English courses but they also assist their students all along their stay (accommodation, activities etc.)Tasks and Responsibilities of the intern :
- Preparing, verifying and issuing quotations for direct clients
- Assisting in converting e-business prospects to sales in a quick and professional manner
- Learning and using in-house booking system/CRM
- Assisting with the compilation of a knowledge database
- Market research
- Administrative office duties
Qualifications:
Skills and qualifications required :
- Excellent level of both written and spoken English
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
